A Savasana Sound Journey is a beautiful modality that can help facilitate relaxation, meditation, and altered states of consciousness. 

My guest, Rachel Nelson, an intuitive sound healing guide, will facilitate the session by guiding you with her voice, instruments, and conscious movements.

During the session, participants are encouraged to maximize their comfort by choosing to either sit or lie down, keep their eyes open or gently closed, use blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows (yoga mats, props and accessories are provided), and become immersed in the healing power of sound. Various instruments such as alchemy crystal singing bowls, handpan, ocean drum, chimes, euphonic array, shruti box pro, and more, in addition to voice, are utilized to raise your energetic vibration and facilitate connection between your mind, body, and spirit. 

Join us and be transported on a mystical, magical, and restorative journey through sound. In addition to relaxation, participants commonly share experiences such as stress relief, emotional shifts, physical sensations, imagery, and memory recall.
